Role Description The Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in El Maadi. The consultant will guide clients through property purchases, sales, and rentals, including conducting property viewings, presenting options, and explaining contract terms. Daily tasks include assessing client needs, providing market insights, preparing listings, and maintaining accurate records of inquiries and transactions. The role involves negotiating offers, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end client experience. The consultant will also engage in proactive prospecting, follow up on leads, and support marketing activities to expand the client base. Qualifications

* Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to advise clients on property options, market trends, and investment decisions. * Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, understand client needs, and provide responsive support. * Candidates should possess effective Sales skills to manage leads, conduct property presentations, and negotiate deals ethically and efficiently. * Relevant experience in property brokerage, real estate agencies, or related fields is highly beneficial. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic office and CRM software are expected. * Ability to work on-site in El Maadi, manage a flexible schedule, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. * A background in business, real estate, or a related discipline is preferred; local market knowledge is an advantage.
