Civil Engineer

Responsibility Description:

TK Civil work:Graduated from Faculty of Engineering Civil department who has experience in Steel Structure analyses - Concrete analyses, 5~8 Year experience in Design & Construction Filed,Including Concrete Foundation and steel structural Towers.in Algeria.

Main Responsibility:

1-Customer Technical Requirements analyses, Propose technical solution to meet customer requirements,Make sure Following site design approved by customer. Handle Customer Complain and put preventive action to not repeat, propose new solution during project delivery,Follow Quality Technical Standard By provide achievable designs Including on site work (concealed or Non Concealed Civil work Activities)

2-Technical Management Scope ability: Find technical solution On site to serve Project Plan,By set some optimized Technical solutions,Align with all Technical project team to be clear about sites Objectives,Propose the way and methods to achieve Work on site and project Master Plan.

3-Risk Management & Quality Management Scope ability:

Define & Track Technical risks Due to Complex condition on site and raised them to the attention of the Project Director in a timely manner, Provide some Ideas/New solutions to overcome Risk or issues, Achieve quality standard By follow Process/Quality Control plan,Communicate by workshops for all Civil activities Check point (Hidden activities),by Participate for Standard Operation Process,Quality Control plan,Arrange multiple work Shops with Subcontractor.

4-Cost Management scope ability:

Control Project Cost by provide a Full Technical Justification report,Review Civil work Cost,to can achieve assign Project Profit,and put some Optimized solutions to achieve.

1-Technical Skills:

Civil work Domain Technical background and Full Knowledge for Technical project scope Including Design & Implementation Work Capability for Concrete Foundation and steel structural Towers for Telecom Part solution Using software Tools Related, Provide simple solutions on site and review the Consultant reports achieve approved Design to reduce delivery Risks,have a capability to Check /Optimize Consultant Design,Communication Skills to Challenge to reach to optimize solution to save Project cost by Quality First Pass rate.

2-Technical Management skills:

-Define Technical risks on time and make sure Project Management Team are fully aligned with technical requirements Priorities.

-Have a capability to Present all project technical scope to project stockholder (Customer/Subcontractors/Internal Team )

3-Team Management & Communication skills:

-Manage Civil Team Technical Capability By Enhancement for team Capability through Workshops,Training for new solutions, New Technologies.

-Provide and enhance process to Facilitate team Delay work to do work is smart way.

-Strong Communication Skills to can Explain complex Technical condition on site is Easy &simple way.

-Communication with Customer,Subcontractor,Internal Department Staff To explain site problems

-Generated accurate and timely status reports for area of responsibility.

Business Skill:

1.Independently manage full civil works of telecom towers, including foundation/anchor survey review, site construction control, quality acceptance and risk identification to ensure on-time delivery of rural sites.

2.Familiar with civil delivery processes, BOQ and variation management; able to coordinate with supervisors, clients and subcontractors to resolve on-site technical and commercial issues.
