As part of our expansion in Algeria, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Medical Supervisor to lead our Medical Affairs activities and strengthen our scientific engagement with healthcare professionals.

Position Summary

The National Medical Supervisor will be responsible for developing and executing the medical strategy of BIONNEX in Algeria, ensuring scientific excellence, supporting commercial objectives through compliant medical activities, and leading the Medical Representative team.

Key Responsibilities

Medical Strategy & Scientific Leadership

* Develop and implement the annual Medical Affairs strategy aligned with company objectives. * Identify medical opportunities and emerging trends * Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals. * Provide scientific expertise to internal stakeholders and external partners. * Support product launches and lifecycle management activities.

Field Medical Excellence

* Lead, coach, and develop the Medical Representative team. * Establish clear field objectives, KPIs, and performance standards. * Conduct regular field visits and coaching sessions. * Ensure high-quality scientific communication and compliance in the field.

Medical Education & Training

* Design and deliver scientific training programs for Medical Representatives and Commercial Teams. * Develop educational materials and scientific presentations. * Organize and oversee: * Scientific meetings * Round tables * Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities * Advisory boards * Congress participation

Reporting & Analytics

* Monitor and report medical activity performance through defined KPIs. * Analyze field insights and provide actionable recommendations. * Prepare monthly and quarterly medical performance reports for management.

Required Qualifications

Education

* Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) , Medical Doctor (MD), or equivalent Life Sciences degree.

Experience

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Medical Supervising * Previous experience managing Medical Representatives is strongly preferred. * Experience in Dermatology, Aesthetics, Dermocosmetics, or Food supplements is a major advantage.

The Medical Manager will be evaluated on:

* Achievement of medical strategy objectives. * Quality and productivity of the Medical Representative team. * Number and quality of KOL engagements. * Scientific meeting and congress execution. * Medical training effectiveness. * Field coaching frequency and quality. * Medical insight generation and reporting. * Contribution to prescription growth and brand adoption.
