Commercial Strategy & Planning Sr Specialist

we are looking for a Commercial Strategy & Planning Sr. Specialist to join our team in Algeria.

This role is based in Algiers.

Your ‘day To Day’

* Identify business needs and collaborate with the Commercial Team to deliver strategic recommendations for all commercial operations through impactful presentations. * Support strategic planning through statistical analysis and prioritization of commercial plans, including input into 3-Year Plans. * Lead Monthly & Bi-weekly reporting including all commercial KPIs. * Develop quarterly trade segmentation across channels and territories, ensuring efficient execution and deployment. * Translate market data into actionable commercial insights to improve forecasting and decision-making. * Support Commercial execution in prioritizing high-value channels, territories and segments based on growth potential and ROI. * Develop and support NPLs & LPEs launches strategies from a 360 perspective. * Partner with Marketing department for a smooth planning of visibility campaigns, accurately defining relevant audiences. * Support business units with excellence in execution and contribute to the optimum resource allocation to optimize coverage of the assigned territories. * Lead technical coordination with the external development and maintenance agency for commercial reporting platforms and ensure tools evolve in line with business needs. * Partner with the Data & Analytics team to address commercial needs, review reporting, and provide performance insights. * Provide technical support through internal and external presentations and ensuring compliance with company policies and trading codes. * Ensure full compliance with all relevant practices & procedures / local legislation in the area of responsibility, through attentive and proactive adherence to PM values.

Who We’re Looking For

* Graduate in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing or related field * 3+ Proven experience in commercial intelligence, data analytics or strategic planning. * Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Fluency in English & French (Spoken and Written).
